How Do I Manually Measure for a BJJ Rash Guard?

If you'd prefer to check your sizing manually, we recommend taking two key measurements:

Shoulder width: Measure straight across your shoulders from one end to the other.

Torso length: Measure from the top of your trap muscle down your torso to where you would ideally like your rash guard to finish.

Compare these measurements with our rash guard size chart to help determine your best size.

You'll notice that our BJJ rash guards are intentionally designed with additional torso length. This helps counteract the rash guard riding and rolling up during jiu-jitsu training, particularly when you're scrambling, wrestling or rolling on the mats.
